This policy explains how GamingGo Studio processes information when operating OutreachCraft.
1. Information we process
We may process your account email, user identifier, subscription and transaction status, remaining credits, technical logs, country or region inferred from IP, and text you submit for optimization. We do not directly receive or store full payment-card details.
2. Why we use it
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide content optimization, show localized pricing, process subscriptions, provision access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, meet legal obligations, and improve the service.
3. Content and AI processing
Submitted text is sent to the configured AI provider to generate the requested analysis. OutreachCraft does not intentionally persist source text in its business database, although hosting, network, or AI providers may process it temporarily under their security logging and data-processing terms. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information.
4. Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, Paddle for checkout, tax, and subscriptions, and a configured AI model for content analysis. Each provider processes information for its respective purpose under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Cookies and sessions
Authentication uses necessary session cookies or local storage to keep you signed in and secure the service. We do not use these technologies to sell personal information.
6. Retention
Account, order, and security records are retained as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet financial and legal obligations. We delete or anonymize information when no longer required, although backups and statutory records may remain longer.
7. Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers and authorities where needed to deliver the service, comply with law, protect rights, or complete a corporate transaction. Providers may process data outside your country.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Email admin@vsyour.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
9. Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. The service is not directed to children as defined by applicable law. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
