Terms of Service

These terms apply to the OutreachCraft content optimization service operated by GamingGo Studio. By using the website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them.
1. Service
OutreachCraft uses automated systems and editorial rules to assess content structure, verifiability, and machine readability. Outputs are provided for editing and research purposes only. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, revenue, or any particular outcome. You must verify facts, sources, and compliance before publication.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide a valid email address and protect your sign-in links and account access. You may not share credentials, impersonate others, abuse the service through automation, or probe or interfere with its operation.
3. Subscriptions, pricing, and tax
Starter, Pro, and Advanced are billed monthly or annually as shown on the pricing page. The final currency, taxes, and total due are those shown by Paddle Checkout. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment, tax, receipts, and related payment data. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
4. Cancellation and plan changes
You may cancel renewal through the subscription management link provided by Paddle or by contacting us. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term and does not automatically refund a term that has started or been used. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
5. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. Do not submit material you lack permission to process, unlawful content, sensitive personal data, or confidential information.
6. Intellectual property
The OutreachCraft interface, brand, software, and original materials belong to GamingGo Studio or its licensors. Except where the law permits, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create a competing derivative service.
7. Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, third-party failures, or events outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Termination and updates
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, illegality, or material breach. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
